CAD opens in Model Space then swiches to Paper Space

I'm using AutoCAD 2015, and no matter what state I saved my drawing in last, it always opens in Model Space, then quickly switches to the first Paper Space layout tab. So say I save a drawing in Paper Space, it opens in Model Space first, then switches to the first tab in Paper Space always. And when I save a drawing in Model Space, same thing, it opens in Model Space first and then switches to the first tab in Paper Space. This happens with all drawings I'm working on, and not just one particular drawing.

Sounds like there is some customization going on.  Do you have a startup LSP routine applied to your AutoCAD?

Im thinking along the lines of @Anonymous. Is this a fresh (or was fresh) install with you as the only user?

Thank-you! I didn't know what this would be called. I guess I didn't have the same startup LSP as my coworkers for some reason. I'll figure it out from here and change it to the one they have.
