HI,I am going to buy HP pavilion 17-G101Au 17'' laptop with 8gb ram ,1tb hdd,AMD A6-6310 Quad-core Processor,Windows 10 and UMA shared graphics.Please guide me

To be honest you don't tell us anything about your needs, what do you want to do with that device, maybe this question "tell us what software you plan to use, what models you plan to create, what environment you do have while working (time without power supply) is our first guiding support for you 😉

And please recognize that this forum here is for development of AutoCAD tools based on .NET ... if that is your goal, then let's continue here, otherwise it might make sense to ask the question (with all details) in the correct forum (e.g. for the software you plan to use).
