bug that prevents you from working

hello! i have a bug that makes me crazy. Could any one help what to do? Autocad 2020 Win10 x64. Maybe i could install new drivers or something else?  if u cant understand me, i am really sorry because i am from Russia. But if u help me it would be really great.

1. Check if it works with _Graphicsconfig Hardware Acceleration ON (or OFF)

ON and OFF not working?

2. Install an OLDER Graphics driver for your (Nvidia??) Card.
