bring to front / send to back command

I know in the past I have been able to highlight say a hatch pattern and right click on it and been able send it to the back or bring it forward of a line but now when I do that and bring up the dialog box it's not there.  has anyone else noticed this ?

hatchtoback and draworder. Draworder is available through right click.

Hi,

This because this is not the menu that you ask for ( dispaly in your attached file ) , try this :

• make sure fisrt that you select item first then right click . 
• make sure that PICKFIRST = 1 

Command: PICKFIRST
Enter new value for PICKFIRST <0>: 1
