Blocktext Print Different then shown in Paperspace & Modelspace

Hi,

I'm an architect and yesterday I printed the plans for a house but there's a problem I can't fix.

With each plan we need to add pictures of the current situation.

We need to place the photo directions on the plan shown with an arrow.

So you see in the pictures below the arrow Foto 4 - 5 - 6 (Photo 4 - 5 - 6).

I use these blocks for a long time, and when I add this block, it

directly ask me witch number the arrow need to  have...

Now recently this arrow does not print good anymore...

Everything looks normal in Model & Paperspace,

but when I plot, the word Foto (Photo) only is a lot smaller...

I hope you can help me...

I added the file with the plans and the separated block...

if your plotting procedure done from layouts can you tell us if the same happened if you plot from model layout?
