Blocks appears as dots when converting to PDF

Hi

When I convert my Autocad drawing to PDF my symbols(blocks) appears as dots or thick lines when I zoome in on the PDF. I think it has to do with the scaling which is set to 0.2 on the symbols to make it fit to the rooms. It's a A1 drawing so you have to zoom alot to see details in different rooms. 

Can I do something with the font or lines to fix this. See picture below. 

Do anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

It's the first time im using the program so I made the drawing on layout 1 and not the model sheet, haha. But I don't think thats the problem? I attached the DWG file under:
