block insertion scale is wrong in autocad 2020. bothe dwg is in same scale

block insertion scale is wrong in autocad 2020. bothe dwg is in same scale, event when i am insert some furniture blocks from same drawing with in the same drawing, some times it is too big or some times its too small, please guide me, its  urgent.

At the command line type UNITS. Make sure that the "Units to scale inserted content" is the same as the drawing units (highlighted area in image on left). Also in the block editor, make sure that the block units are either the same as the drawing units or unitless (highlighted area in image on right)
