block authoring palette off screen

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the user interface to get the authoring palette back on screen?

I thought it might be 'PARAMETERS' but changing these values does not seem to have an affect.

You need to change these three answers if you want to see "design feed" palette on screen, why not experiment
