Blank area on bottom 4" of screen in AutoCad

Hi, I tried uninstalling and re-installing autoCad, and there is still a blank space about 4" on the bottom of the screen where the drawing area can't be viewed. I sent the file to someone else, and they weren't able to replicate this on their computer. Any ideas?

Graphicsconfig command's Hardware Acceleration set to OFF should solve your issue.

Then you need to find a better video card driver (newer or older, you will have to test and find out).
