My company has just gone over to using Sharepoint in the cloud rather than having a local server, and I'm trying to get to grips with how it works with AutoCAD. So far I've been manually downloading files (inc xrefs) to my PC as needed and then uploading them at the end of each day, but this is quite laborious if doing it daily.
Syncing is the other option but this sounds quite complicated. Would I need to sync all the company project folders to my PC, or just certain ones (ie the AutoCAD subfolders)?
The final option is to open the CAD files in the AutoCAD web app, but this seems to require xref paths to be uploaded each time, plus appearing to be rather slow opening drawings in desktop AutoCAD.
So all of them have drawbacks. Can anyone advise the most effective way of working?
