Beginner struggling with Panel Settings

Hey all, Autocad beginner here. I'm wondering how I change my Interface (or just my Panels?) from this: Autocad Pannels.JPG

To this:

Autocad Pannels2.JPG

I'm trying to watch tutorials to start on an easy project doing a design for my dad's landlord's front yard. I'm wondering why the settings in the youtube tutorals look like the second image and mine are displaying like the first image. I am using the 2015 student version. Is this just how they look in the student version? I can't find anything about how to change it. Thank you for your suggestions.

At the end of your ribbon tabs there is a small button with an up and down arrow.  Click on it until you see what you want.

How many full panels will show up will also depend on your display resolution
