Hi,
welcome @Anonymous!
>> I opened the .bak file with other program and unfortunately the extension is changed so
Why not opening the DWG? Was it defect or what's the reason you need the BAK?
When you say you have opened the BAK with another software ... which software was that? ... and did you try to save with the other software so the BAK-file is already overwritten with another content?
A simple change of the extension is not bad, just use Windows Explorer to change the extension back to BAK (or DWG).

Hi,

OK, when you have set the default application for BAK.files that will not be a problem for a functional AutoCAD. The extension BAK is used by many applications just as a backup for the primary data-file.
Important for AutoCAD is when you double-click a DWG-file in Windows Explorer it should open the DWG-file with AutoCAD ... does that work well?
>> So the shape of the file changed ,
Do you mean the icon changed for BAK-files?
Yes, that happens when you assign a program to a file-extension. If that other symbol hurts you need to find an application you want to assign the BAK-file as default application. I don't know which was the default before you assigned AutoCAD to this extension.
To open a BAK-file in AutoCAD you need first to rename it and change the extension from BAK to DWG (right-click the file in Windows Explorer ==> rename)

The extension no longer showing is most likely because your windows is set to hide extensions of known file types.
Here are some possible steps on how to remove the file association you have added to the BAK files
