OK, when you have set the default application for BAK.files that will not be a problem for a functional AutoCAD. The extension BAK is used by many applications just as a backup for the primary data-file.
Important for AutoCAD is when you double-click a DWG-file in Windows Explorer it should open the DWG-file with AutoCAD ... does that work well?
>> So the shape of the file changed ,
Do you mean the icon changed for BAK-files?
Yes, that happens when you assign a program to a file-extension. If that other symbol hurts you need to find an application you want to assign the BAK-file as default application. I don't know which was the default before you assigned AutoCAD to this extension.
To open a BAK-file in AutoCAD you need first to rename it and change the extension from BAK to DWG (right-click the file in Windows Explorer ==> rename)
