automatic dimensions between block's base points

I would like to generate automatic dimensions after I placeded my blocks. In the pic there is an example. 

The blue blocks's base points are in the middle of them, and I would like to generate automatically the red measures.

Any ideas?

you need a customized tool for this issue ... BUT you can make it by : 

• from your OSNAP command clear all modes , then select Insertion mode option .
• you can start dimensioning by dimlinear command .  
• Insertion mode will only catch your insertion base point for the blocks .

Yeah, thank you, I know this method, but when I have 300 blocks, I really don't like to click on each of them 😄 
So I hope there is somewhere a lips, with what I can just select all my blocks, and press an enter.

That would make my life much more easier.
