Autodesk Utility Design 2009 Compatibility with AutoCAD 2016 product

Hi All

I have Autodesk Utility Design 2009 installed on my machine and it works fine. When i install AutoCAD 2016 product in the same machine my AUD 2009 stop working, basically it crashes when i try open it.

Please let me know the reason and solution to it.

I have read of similar issues regarding other products that were (occasionally) resolved by upgrading to windows 10. what is your OS version?

Are you running Windows10? Back in the year 2008, no one knew to design software for it.
