The forums are here for customers to obtain support from peers.  To obtain support directly from Autodesk I suggest you use the links available on your management page in your account.

Good morning Mr. Vellek,

In addition to my greetings and thanking for your response, the initial request was through Autodesk Partner Center, until today, I have not received a response and I asked for help in the forum.

I would like to know if you can help me with contact, since we have a client with a problem and that I have not been able to identify.

I don't really  have any way to check queue management but can you supply me with your case number?  I looked up the cases associated with your email and do not see any open cases.
