Autodesk App Store apps not functioning after installation

I purchased through the AutoCad 2015 apps store Archsoft windows, Archsoft doors and Gti Tools plus and installed them onto my computer. When I upgraded to AutoCad 2016 I found that the Archsoft windows, Archsoft doors and Gti tools plus would no longer work and subsequently contacted the publisher who updated the files for AutoCad 2016. It was a simple process and they didn't even charge anything to upgrade the files which I then installed onto my computer overriding the original files. I have now upgraded to AutoCad 2017 and again the apps no longer work. I have tried to contact the publisher to upgrade the files again but it seems to no longer exist.
