1.how to specify dimension materials.

it's not clear enough ... BUT as i understand you can by DDIM command specify all dimension settings . 

2.how to calculate dimension quantity alliances with accurate precision

what do you mean by " quantity " ? 

3. what is 3D visualization and how i can do it on autocad. 

visual style is the way that you want to show your 3d model by selecting a certain type from _visualstyles  command or from the model space itself ( see below image )

excuse me ... i think that you have here a job description not a technical CAD question. !!!!! any way ... the advertisement asked for a profession person who can prepare 2D and 3D drawings.
