Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I assume that you want your entire drawing scaled properly and not just the one wall.
Turn On, Thaw, and unlock all your layers.
Type SCALE and then select ALL. A base point of 0,0 is pretty standard and then put in the scale factor of 51.41388

Welcome to these Forums!
On the assumption that the Dimension is a rounded value [likely actually 0.11666666...], you can get the result to be precisely 6" [the suggestions in Posts 3 & 4 will give you close but likewise rounded results] by using the SCALE command's Reference option.
Call up SCALE, select whatever you want to Scale along with it, and designate a base point. Then call for the Reference option. When it asks for a Reference length, pick on those edges with something like NEArest and PERpendicular Object Snap, so that you get precisely what the distance between them is, not rounded off. When it asks for the New length, type in 6.
I'm not convinced the drawing is in meters. There is no inch symbol on the dimension and the value is fairly close to the 6" equivalent in meters. The wall might not be a bit less than six inches, thus the difference.
