AutoCAD Rendering

Hi I'm Vittorio,

I'm using autocad 2018 for rendering, I've arleady done others render in the past but now I can't understand why the final output has some "empty" pixels inside.

I've tried to change the dimensions and the quality of the image but they are still there (during the rendering process there are no empty pixels in the image).

I'll appreciate if someone could help me.

Thanks

Hi,

>> during the rendering process there are no empty pixels in the image

And when do they appear? Just on display after render or when you saved the image from the render window or when you render to file?

Can you upload the drawing so we can test render on our systems?

Hi Alfred,

they don't appear on the display, they appear only after I save the image as a png or jpeg.

I've tried to visualize the image on a different pc of a friend of mine but they still are there.

this is the png of the image.

Hi,

thank you for your dwg-file!

I can't reproduce the issue, so I have rendered to the render window, then pressed the save image button to get a PNG-file ... I have attached it and as you can see, not white spots.

What I think about that:

  • I have a different drawing as I don't have a wall behind your wooden object, that could be a reason.
  • You have looked to the image with a zoom-factor different to 100% ... that also could result in similar results, so try to open your PNG in different viewers and look to that at 100%.

Hi Alfred,

The file is the same,I've sent to you an updated version without the wall behind, anyway I'm pretty sure now this is a problem of the viewer that opens the image.

I opened yours from my Mac and everything it is ok,while opening it with windows viewer makes that empty pixels appear.

Now I'll try to use another program to open it,but at least I know it isn't a problem of Autocad.

Thank you very much.
