AutoCAD - Remove zigzag line from transparent polyline

Friends,

Please See attached snap. I have a transparent polyline with a curved corner.  Curved area shows some zigzag line in white color after converting to a  pdf . Can somebody help on this?

I suggest to try the attached plotter,any changes?

If NOT fixed .. make sure that you have the latest updates for your AutoCAD version.
