autocad raster to vector software

I am an old autocad 2000 user and am more than familiar with raster files but am now using autocad 2016.  My question, I found the add for autocad -raster to vector software. looks good but nowhere does it state that once you convert the raster image  to vector and have made all the changes to your  drawing with autocad, can the vector image be returned  (with all changes of course) to raster format.  I think it must be possible as that's what I did with the autocad 2000 set-up.   Just need to verify that it does

Hi @Anonymous,

Going back to raster is easy. You can save as a JPG or Tiff but the easy way is to print to a PDF using one of the several PDF drivers that are built in. Please let me know if you need additional information.
