What is your AutoCAD version?
Windows version?
What is your current video card? Video card driver version?

There is no Autodesk certified driver for that video card http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?siteID=123112&id=18844534&results=1&stype=graphic&produ...

Can you post a screenshot of the GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up?

Hi @Anonymous,

Here is a link to the most current driver for your Graphics card. Can you please verify whether this improves the issue of the raster image display in your AutoCAD 2018?

Please also, using the Windows Snipping Tool, take a screen capture of the GRAPHICSCONFIG window as suggested by @pendean.  This will help determine the configuration and which card/driver AutoCAD is trying to utilize.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
