Is this for AutoCAD or Inventor? Either way, you'll need to post some basic info; specific version of your OS, exact version of the software that you are trying to open, any updates that may have occurred, last time you restarted your computer, anything else that might be of help... And then if this is about Inventor, post it over in that forum.
