Autocad model space and layout is not viewable

When I minimize AutoCAD I'm able to see my workspace and draw the shapes and lines needed to until I maximize the screen and then it turns to a blank workspace where I cannot even view my mouse move through the space. Minimizing the screen no longer helps. And when all the lines on the model space and the compass are shown, if I maximize the screen the proportion is wrong and the compass itself is scaled off and doesn't appear normal.

Start ABOUT command and let us know what is reported as the version you are running in Win10.

does  Zoom >> Extents ( or double click at the mouse wheel button ) fix your issue ?
