As a test, EXPLODE that block then see if it shows up on the PC that did not show it.

@kgallagherCGHDN Excellent feedback: now the trick is to find out what settings inside the blocks where the triggers for some of your users (or just redefine the content properties inside the blocks to be more generic like everything is on layer 0 set to linetype/color BYBLOCK for example).

the block seems to be correct all the way in, all objects are layer 0 bylayer bylayer.

this appears to be on just 1 machine, all machines have been recently updated to 2023

all share the same initial settings set by me durring the upgrade.

the machines however are different.

it might be time to fix that one PC's setups then: a reset or a reinstall or a reimage from a PC with no issues would be the next things to try.

It appears it may be a profile issue, uninstall and cleaning the roaming and reinstall did nothing. running as  my account, did have the graphics display correctly. the current plan is to remove the users profile. and recreate it.

@pendean The rebuild of the Profile did fix the issue. However this is only a fix. i have now had the issue 2 more times and think finding the cause would be important, any thought on what could cause this?

@kgallagherCGHDN Oh no!

It might be time you shared that DWG file + screenshots of the ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-ups here for others to test for you.

it seems that cleaning the local GraphicsCache fixes the issue, but what is currupting these cached files?
