AutoCAD - Geometry, within a block, not showing in a viewport. Help!

Hi, thanks for checking in.

I have some information contained in a block that I'd like to show in a viewport. The problem is the geometry will not show, as it has its own layer but is contained within a block on a different layer. So when I use the VP freeze option, the overall block layer freezes including the geometry I'm trying to show underneath.

I can get it to what I need using the layer on/off commands, but this isn't going to work in the longer term of the scheme/project.

Does anyone know a way to show a particular layers information that is contained within a block on a different layer which is frozen by the VP Freeze command please? Take a look at the drawing and example attached for the actual problem.

I've attached a block and example in this drawing.

You have to switch the LAyer from 0 to 02.1- Anchor Plan or another Layer what are not VP frozen.

Simple and there is no other way if you want to controle the visibility per viewport.

Oh sorry, I meaned the right, but wrote the wrong.

EDIT:

You have to switch the Layer from 0 to another Layer"X", this way  you can VPFREEZE the Layer"X"

and the '02.1- Anchor Plan' is still visible.
