My Windows taskbar is set to the far left. It is this way so I can extend my drawings across three screens, having the bottom of the window spread to each monitor.
The problem is, if I open a new AutoCAD floating window, layer properties manager for example. The floating window opens behind the windows taskbar, per supplied screenshot. And I cannot move the floating window as the "grab" area is behind the taskbar.
Is it because the AutoCAD windows are completely detached from the main program that they do not have edge or conflict detection enabled?
The fix for this is I have to unlock my windows taskbar, drag it to the bottom of my screen. Move the floating window then move the taskbar back to where it was before. Unnecessarily long winded.
Has anyone out there come across this before or can offer a workaround ?
Cheers.
