AutoCAD F8( use in command) will freeze （without dropbox installed）

Some people use AutoCAD (2014-2017) in command (like move )  then use F8( ortho on), The autocad will freeze. Must use minsize Autocad window and restore window can use.

1. without dropbox installed.
2. Simplified Chinese  language version
3. Traditional Chinese language version
4. Windows 10 1607 version

How to fix it ??

This is a bug that happens when Windows 10 Anniversary update is installed. I suggest you try setting TEMPOVERRIDE=0 to see if it remedies the issue.

This has been identified as a defect for the Development team but I have no idea where it sits in priority or status as far as a  remedy.
