AutoCAD - Exporting 3D to Creality - Objects filtered out

I am having trouble exporting a shape to creality.  I typically export from CAD to creality pretty easily.  However, this shape is giving me trouble.  It is a fairly simple shape with a few radii.  I have attached the dwg.  Any tips?  When i go to PEDIT and change the shape to polyline it will not let me extrude the shape.

If you look at your content from any angle that is not a PLAN view, you'd see better what is going on
