AutoCAD Drawing Tab

Is it possible to stop the drawing tab auto expanding like below, I'm fed up with it changing layout tab on me, it's very annoying.

You can stop autoactivating by FILETABTHUMBHOVER.

You cannot stop the menu from showing.
