Autocad Created Table Copy and Paste Error

I have a table I created using the autocad feature TABLE. When I try to copy and paste it into another drawing it blows up as shown below. Ive found ways around this by using blocks but it is a pain and not easy to use or work with. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can get my tables to easily copy and paste into other drawings?

Thanks,

Nate

Did you call your TABLSTYLE something unique, or did you leave it called "standard" and your destination file has a "standard" tablestyle with the OOTB useless setting in it?

Tables work like blocks: they are a per-drawing definition, and if the definitions don't match your results don't match either.

I changed the table style to a new name and still nothing has changed. Its really odd. this feels like it should be super simple.

I opened a new drawing with nothing in it, and tried copy and pasting it into there and now it worked. nothing seems different when I open design center. So, im not understanding what the problem is

INSERT your problem file into this "new drawing" to fix it as well, then SAVEAS.
