AutoCAD crashing whenever I select File from the Menu Bar

Hi Everyone,

I keep receiving the following error whenever selecting File from the Menu Bar:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled 839fdb60h Exception at 0h

This in turn crashes the program and leads to me having to recover all my drawings which has caused even further issues with plotting the drawings post-recovery. I have updated AutoCAD, Windows, Graphics Drivers, turned off Hardware Acceleration and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

@joeyjl1997 ,

Sounds like you have limited options.  Before contacting support consider a Clean Uninstall.
