I hadn't notice this until this morning though I'm sure it has been happening in the past. I started up my computer and started my typical apps (outlook, excel, calendar) and AutoCAD2022. I experienced some extra lag on startup so I've opened my task manager. I have not yet opened any specific files in CAD but I can actively multiple listed processes of AutoCAD component in my task manager. They close each other and reopen frequently. As many as 12 instances of it at a time, each grabbing anywhere from 3.2 MB to 35MB of memory. I realized that this is only occurring as I have a file search going on in the background. Is this something Windows/AutoCAD does to identify file types or preview images? I don't view any files with previews when browsing so it would seem to be an issue caused by explorer's search. Considering the amount of memory it is grabbing, this could be a significant issue for some users.
