AutoCAD Certification Training Corse Material Missing - Download Link?

I am doing the AutoCad training and the training corse Manage Xref paths has an exercise that wants me to relink Factory_Electric.dwg. The corse resources do not include this file. Is there a download link you all or AutoDesk can provide / contact e-mail or phone number I can use to get additional support if no one has the file around.

Thanks,

Are you able to procide more info about the course you are taking? The certification doesnt utilize the software, so having a course that requires you to follow workflows, doesnt seem like a good way to study for it.  But, I could be wrong, either way, sharing a link to what you are looking at would be helpful.

In my opinion, there's no need to specifically locate this file to complete the exercise.

You can actually locate any named dwg just so you can go through the steps to complete the exercise.

Paul, thanks for the response. I was hoping Autodesk / AutoCAD had a secret solution where if I reached out to the community this file would be provided or generated for me. Thanks for giving me the suggestion to try and relink a random file. With out completing the steps it's harder for me to retain the info.

Hi Chris,

I am a student at AAC doing a MEPS program. I am certifying for AutoCAD before hand.

The link to the curriculum is as follows:

AutoCAD Certification Training Corse Material

The specific exercise is, Collaboration ->  Manage xref paths

Follow through and finishing the assignment as Autodesk instructed create best results.

It is possible it could be a typo in the name.  Is the Factory Floorplan drawing already attached, or are you working in that file already?  Without reading the specific exercise, it could be that it just wants you to practice attaching an xref, so you could just practice with any other file in that folder that is a dwg.  I would also suggest, maybe it exists in one of the other zip files, that you could look at and see if it is in one of their folders.

I used random xref files as suggested to complete the exercise.
