Autocad Block Attributes Synchronize Problem

updated block.pngFailed block.pngHi, experts;

I came across a problem while implementing the block attributes synchronization, One day I add 4 other attributes on my block then synchronized it in order that all the blocks of this type have got updated. so there is the problem I found most of the block updated but the others remain unchanged;

I tried purge the drawing, close it then re-open, but all do not work;

Anyone has some idea on this issue?

thanks a lot in advance!

Have you used the ATTSYNC command?  based on your description, it sounds like it will do what you need it to.  I would post a link to the AKN but I'm on a mobile device so I can't paste a link.

Please, never use special characters in named objects.
Space Point Slash, it isnt a goog idea wot Stylenames, Layers Blocks and AttributTags,
but this is not the current problem.

Is that a "dynamic Block"?

Erase all except one of working and one of problem Insert.

Is there any solution to this problem, because there are hundreds of blocks in my drawing and I already filled most of the attributes I need so it is not good for me to delete them then re-insert, it is totally a waste of time;

I already tried the command of "ATTSYN" many many times;

so what is the practical solution for this issues?

thanks a lot

1. They may in different block names. Check the block name carefully.

2. Try BATTMAN to synchronize the attributes.

3. Try it in the latest AutoCAD revision - Not sure what revision are you using?

HI @Anonymous,

Can you attach the drawing file to a post? Then, let me know the block you are trying to modify.  I will take a look and see if there is anything obvious that can be corrected quickly.

2025 update. I had this exact issue. I hovered over insert tab to bring down the drop down menu, clicked on the second instance of the block (it had 2 definitions) and clicked redefine only. All of my blocks fixed themselves. Then the other block I cleared from my recent blocks list by right clicking on it. Hopefully this helps someone in the same situation.
