Autocad application has stopped working. message box appears.

When I load my arx in release mode in autocad 21 and autocad 22 getting message box autocad application has stopped working. When I open autocad and open drawing in it this message not appears. But when I load my arx I am getting this message. Please give me solution to this problem. Also I am attaching screen shot.
