Autocad 2027 stuck at loading screen

Hi, i cant start autocad 2027 (education version), it stucks at loading screen. Any help?

I have Dell precision 7550 with dedicated quadro rtx 3000

1. Ensure that AutoCAD is completely closed before proceeding.
2. Navigate to the following directory: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 202x, and open the folder corresponding to the AutoCAD version installed on your system.
3. Locate the file AdDownloaderCore.dll and rename it to AdDownloaderCore_backup.dll.
