AutoCAD 2024 - Autodesk Projects (Autodesk Docs): Loading Stuck

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my AutoCAD 2024. Whenever I select the Autodesk Projects option to access our cloud-based projects, the software gets stuck at the loading stage. The peculiar thing is that I can still select tools from the file tab and quick access toolbar without any problem. This problem is specific to AutoCAD 2024, and I have confirmed that my software is up to date.

As a workaround, I tried using AutoCAD 2023 to open Autodesk Docs, and it worked flawlessly. I was able to view and access our projects without any issues using AutoCAD 2023.

If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any suggestions for resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you!

Resolved:
Apparently, the issue lies with the Desktop Connector. Previously, the Desktop Connector did not allow the installation of a new version without uninstalling the old one. However, with recent updates, it only requires you to close the program before installing the new release in order to override the old one.

That being said, the problem was resolved by cleaning the Autodesk Docs cache and uninstalling the old Desktop Connector version before installing the latest release.
