AutoCAD 2023 Preset Layers

Can anyone tell me what these preset layers are about (the highlighted ones)? I just installed AutoCAD 2023 today and don't understand why they're preset/what their purpose is. I'm mainly curious as they seemed to cause some issues with plotting. (Edit: The MD_Annotation is one of the presets too)

(Plotting issue in case anyone is curious 😛 --  I had turned these layers to 'don't plot' since I wasn't using them. My viewport wasn't plotting until I finally tried turning 'plot layers' back on, even though nothing in my model was associated with these layers.)

I only have Layer 0 in my AutoCAD 2023 after installation.

Perhaps you may have selected drawing templates that migrated over with those layers?

Maybe you have an app installed that automatically creates those layers?

That's a good point. I know data transferred over, maybe I clicked on a template of some sort... thanks for the insight!
