AutoCAD 2022 not plotting margin/border around page

We currently use 2017 in the office and I am testing 2022. In 2017 we have set drawings to open and plot to either a printer or PDF. The page setup is currently set to plot extents which leaves a nice margin around the page when printed to paper or pdf. Using the exact same settings and same drawing in 2022 plots the page without any margin or border around the page.

Does anyone know why the border is now missing? Both versions of AutoCAD shown the grey dotted area with a slight margin around the page but only 2022 is plotting the page without the margin.

Hi,

You may need to check that you have use the exact and same paper name in both version.

Hi thanks for the reply. I've checked and everything seems to be exactly the same.

Just to remind .. have you check your plotter settings from AutoCAD 2022 itself?

I've checked all settings I can think of and everything is the same between 2017 and 2022 but 2022 isn't plotting the margin around the page like 2017 does.

Your screenshots offer no clues: can you take the time to post a bunch more full-program screenshots of a video from each version showing us what you do and how you set everything?

BUT FIRST... Reset 2022 (to remove any migrated content from 2017) then confirm using ABOUT command that you have the 2022.1.2 update installed.

TIA
