AutoCAD 2022 Command Bar

Good day.

I found something annoying with the latest 2022 update.

It might just need to be a setting that needs to change, but I never had this before.

Hence I need to know the fix ^^.

So my command bar is usually full length of the drawing window, When errors pop up now or completed plots.

The window tends to show behind the command bar and I need to move the bar all the time(annoying).

See image attached if some one knows how to fix this in 2022 would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

To avoid this matter ... I suggest to drag the command window to dock or undock as suggested in the previous post .

Hi

One tends to dock the command bar always, all the time I dock it at least.

So I do not think it is the issue see images of 2022 and 2020 command bar.

Hi,

>> So my command bar is usually full length of the drawing window,

Your screenshots shows it differently, your command line is less wide than the graphic area.

Move it downwards until it is really docked (move the command line downwards until a rectangle appears on the bottom from left to right border, showing you that this would be a position for docking) 😉
