Why are the arches shown outdated only in visualization?, either simple arches or polyline arcs, but at the time of printing everything is correct

Try REGEN, and also VIEWRES [answer Yes to the question] and set a high circle zoom percentage.

If your visualstyle is set to Wireframe then try changing to 2D Wireframe and see if that makes a difference.
