Hey, i'm having this issue since the october windows update, i've tried all of this solutions with no results:
-reroll windows update
-reroll nvidia drivers
-clear cache
-repair autocad
-uninstall and reinstall with various versions
-force uninstall the whole autodesk programs
-set on nvidia panel dedicated hardware
the only way it's possible to start its without hardware acceleration, but becomes an unviable solution because it's toooo slow

Rip out or disable your nvidia video card in WIdnowsOS, default the system to the intel default, reboot and try again, see if that helps.
Then take your PC to a repair shop or have it rebuilt/reformatted.
