I have 1 seat of AutoCad and it does not show any toolsets. Does this come standard or do I have to order a different product?Autocad.jpg

Subscription customers get them, perpetual license Maintenance customers don't.  Which are you?

Hi @Anonymous,

If you are on subscription, you might need to contact your reseller.  You don't automatically get enrolled for One AutoCAD with Toolsets.  I believe they have to terminate your current subscription and then set up a new one specifically for One AutoCAD.

While you are working through this you can download 30 day trial versions of the Toolsets that you want to use.

from FAQ if you subscribed to Autocad before March 22, 2018 it will still be Autocad you can either stay at Autocad or move to the Autocad One license but this is not an auto-migration

if you have the collection you will get Autocad One already

FAQ is here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Only-One...

sounds like you only subscribed to Autocad this will stay at only Autocad unless you switch to Autocad One
