Case : I have AutoCAD 2019 In My System, But not in the C: Drive It is On Another Drive But when i try to open a random AutoCAD File it always show me a message that ACAD.EXE is not available in C: Drive , So I created a file and put the ACAD.EXE in that Specefic Path to help AutoCAD To work, but guess what , a new error Message  is now shown

Which says that

" The code execution cannot proceed because ac1st23.dll was not found, reinstalling the program may fix the problem"

And Google Search did not help in there, Any help here ?

Hi,

>> So I created a file and put the ACAD.EXE in that Specefic Path

That can't work, Windows is not a system for moving a program file to another folder and it will work.

Uninstall and reinstall the whole product. Make sure you have full admin permissions and antivirus is shut off during the installation and first initialization process.

Hi,

I hope you are thinking a built in harddisk, not an USB drive 😉

First run a clean uninstall process described >>>here<<<

Then download the installation media from your subscription center (https://manage.autodesk.com)

..and start the downloaded EXE with right click ==> "start as administrator"

Here is how to works to open a file

I have First to open AutoCAD from the ACAD.EXE icon or The Shortcut in the Desktop , then open my file

it seems like the Autocad can not locate the File Path when trying to open the file path directly
