Good morning,
recently after the installation of AutoCAD 2019 on my desktop I had a series of problems:
1) When using the program after 4 or 5 minutes, the pointer stays freeze for 30 or 40 seconds and then it is normally activated again for another 4 or 5 minutes until the same thing happens again continuously. (I have a license in Corporate Network, but I have borrowed license for a week) I thought it could be an online check-up that did every certain amount of time but I don't think that is having borrowed license.
2) I recently observed that when starting AutoCAD in the command bar I get the error 108097 and I can't find what it is.
Does anyone know how I can solve it, without the answer being reinstalling it?
>> the pointer stays freeze for 30 or 40 seconds
does this freezing issue happened in a certain CAD dwg file or in general ?
>> I get the error 108097 and I can't find what it is.
under what command procedure this error appeared ?

The problem generally happens with any file
>>under what command procedure this error appeared ?
I don't know, from what I see it is random and I could not identify when I see that poster on the command line!
>>Have you already installed the 2019.1.2 update? It is required, the ABOUT command will confirm if you have it or not.
Yes, I have already installed the 2019.1.2 update, anyway with the about command I do not see if it is or not but I remember installing it, I use the Autodesk desktop application and in AutoCAD it appears that I have no updates available!
