Autocad 2019 Education Watermark

Is it possible to get the education watermark to show in the paper space layouts? I am using for education and don't mind the watermark, but it would be nice if I could see the watermark and how it lays out in paper space so that I can more judiciously place my viewports. Basically, why not show the watermark in the layout and not just wait until it is printed to see it.

In layout, the watermarks do not typically interfere with the viewport because the watermark is at edges of all four sides  of your sheet. Make your VP small enough and leave some room for the watermark. You can always enlarge your VP afterwards by dragging the VP's side outward and toward the sheet edge. If you want to see the watermark in relation to your titleblock, perform a print preview.

If you cannot get it to show onscreen, you could make your own and put it on a no print layer.
