autocad 2019 asking for subcription; new account set up last night
I set up a new account for my daughter doing some laser cutting projects at school (she is only 13). I installed it last night on 2020 when she needed 2019 as the tutorials are all for the 2019 version. Ive changed it to 2019 now but its saying on log in that her account has expired.
On her account details she is listed as single user student.

Student licensing is per version, they probably need to apply for the older license as well, or your tutorials course work need to catch up to the 2020 versions (there is little differrnt apart from appearance).
