AutoCAD 2018

I just bought abobe version and I want to set up the screen as my 2008 version (See attached Screen shot)

Can any one suggest a good book to learn about how to set up 2018 as I have done for 2008?

I tried with help but did not work.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

I was able follow video and set up every thing excet to add a button for paper space. Another item is xref pictures. Under the insert I did not see any option for image xref.
